Houston, June 29, 2020 – Today, PDV Holding (PDVH) together with PDVSA and PDVSA Petroleo, S.A. represented by the Ad-Hoc Administrative Board filed their opposition to the summary judgment motion previously filed by MUFG Union Bank, the 2020 Notes’ trustee, and GLAS Americas LLC, the 2020 Notes’ collateral agent. The case is being heard in the Southern District of New York.
