Houston, July 15, 2020 – Today, PDV Holding (PDVH) together with PDVSA and PDVSA Petróleo, S.A., represented by the Ad-Hoc Administrative Board, filed their reply brief in support of the summary judgment motion that they previously filed. The case is being heard in the Southern District of New York.
