Houston, June 10, 2020 – Today, PDV Holding (PDVH) together with the Guaidó controlled PDVSA and PDVSA Petróleo, S.A. filed a motion for summary judgment on all of their claims and defenses and all counterclaims and defenses of MUFG Union Bank, the 2020 Notes’ trustee, and GLAS Americas LLC, the 2020 Notes’ collateral agent. The motion was filed in the Southern District of New York.
