REVISED SCHEDULE ISSUED FOR HEARING IN CASE TO NULLIFY MADURO REGIME-ISSUED PDVSA 2020 NOTES

HOUSTON – April 29, 2020 – Due to the impact on courts and the legal system from the global pandemic, the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla, United States District Judge, ordered the revised schedule for the PDV Holding case against the trustee and collateral agent of the Maduro Regime-Issued PDVSA 2020 Notes. The parties agreed to the following schedule:

• April 15, 2020: Economic expert rebuttal reports
• May 1, 2020: All other expert rebuttal reports
• May 13, 2020: Conclusion of expert depositions
• May 22, 2020: Motions for summary judgment
• June 11, 2020: Oppositions to summary judgment motions
• June 23, 2020: Replies to summary judgment motions
• July 24, 2020: Hearing on summary judgment motion
