Houston, December 12, 2019 – The United States District Court for the District of Delaware has ordered a stay on all case proceedings in both Crystallex International Corp v. PDV Holding Inc., Crystallex International Corporation v. Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and all other pending creditor cases pending in that Court against Venezuela and PDVSA and its indirect and direct affiliates "until the conclusion of proceedings in the Supreme Court."
